Shipping policy

All of our orders are processed and dispatched from our local Aussie warehouses within 24 hours Australia Wide! 

Shipping times may take between 3-5 business days within Australia (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on which of our courier's you decide to deliver your order.

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email, and you will receive another email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order on our website or by following this link here.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@buymeshop.com.au with your name and order number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occured and that your parcel is waiting for you at your local post office or drop off location for collection. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates: Standard Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and on our product page. Our standard shipping orders can be sent using the following couriers: Australia Post and Aramex (formerly known as Fastway). Standard shipping orders may take between 3-5 business days. 

Express Rates: Express Shipping charges for your order will also be calculated and displayed at checkout and on our product page. Please note we only send Express Orders via Australia Post, and these orders may take between 1-3 business days. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers may have limitations when shipping to PO Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you will need to use another carrier. Please Note: currently only Australia Post delivers to PO Boxes.

Signature Required Option

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is unsafe, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office or drop off location. If you would not like your parcel to be left while you are not home, please ensure you select the signature required option at the checkout.
